My antivirus/Windows Defender says NetIP contains viruses and/or publisher is unknown.

This is a false positive, you can safely install NetIP on your computer.

I launched NetIP but nothing happened.

You should see the icon of NetIP in your Taskbar at the bottom right of your screen. For more info see Taskbar Icon.

I'm lost. How do I use the App?

Please see the Quick Start page. Also, you should probably do the Demo Tour of the App to familiarize yourself with NetIP.

None of these answers help my issue.
