General Settings
- Start with Windows: NetIP will start at user login.
- Hide Sensitive Info : NetIP will require a second step to reveal sensitive information such as your Public IP.
- Theme :

- Taskbar Icon :
- Static : The default NetIP icon.
- Window Copycat: NetIP icon will behave like the Windows Network Taskbar icon does.
- Country Flag : NetIP icon will become a flag of the country you're located in. Requires a Geo compatible IP Provider. Note: The icon flag will refresh in the background independently from the main popup. See Geolocation for more details.

Proxy Mode

If you set NetIP to connect using a proxy, you must select an IP provider with Dedicated Links. Otherwise, you will get errors & inconsistencies when fetching your public IP.

You can configure NetIP to use a proxy when fetching your Public IP and Geolocation. The modes are:
- No Proxy
- Yes (System Proxy) : NetIP will follow the Operating System proxy configured in Windows Settings.
- Yes (Custom Proxy) : NetIP will follow the custom proxy you want.
The proxy mode can also be quickly switched directly from the Network Popup:
